e-Kalyan Jharkhand 2025: e-Kalyan Jharkhand is the official digital scholarship platform of the Welfare Department, Government of Jharkhand. It facilitates the distribution of Pre-Matric and Post-Matric scholarships to SC, ST, and OBC students.
